1. Terms of sale

Shootbay is a digital product delivered as a downloadable file. Purchases are processed by our payment provider, Gumroad, and are subject to Gumroad's terms in addition to these. When your payment completes, you receive an instant download plus a friendly setup guide. Your purchase is a one-time payment; it is not a subscription and will never auto-renew.

2. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, single-studio license to use Shootbay.

Need a team, multi-studio, or reseller arrangement? Email hello@shootbay.com and we'll set up the right license.

3. Refund policy

We want you to buy with confidence. If Shootbay isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of purchase at hello@shootbay.com and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings. We also encourage you to try the free live demo before you buy, so you know exactly what you're getting.

4. Warranty & limitation of liability

Shootbay is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Because the app stores your data locally on your device, you are responsible for keeping regular backups (Settings → Data → Export backup). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Allgood Studio is not liable for any loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Always keep your own backups.

The app collects no data and runs entirely offline. For details on what our website and checkout handle, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Contact
